Nice to meet you — I’m Tommy. I’m part of Clear Mind Counseling’s San Diego therapy team, where I work with adults healing from anxiety, low self-esteem, and trauma, as well as couples looking to strengthen communication and deepen intimacy.
Whether challenges stem from childhood wounds, past relationships, or painful experiences in a current one, many people come to therapy feeling weighed down by self-doubt or unsure how to move forward. My role is to support you in finding relief, clarity, and lasting change.
Clients often describe my style as casual, warm, and grounded in humor. I believe healing happens best in an environment where you feel safe, seen, and at ease. I take a collaborative and eclectic approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs so you feel supported every step of the way.
My goal is to help you feel secure, empowered, and worthy of the love and peace you’re seeking. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater connection and well-being.

MY APPROACH
MY PHILOSOPHY ON THE THERAPEUTIC EXPERIENCE AND CHANGE
I became a therapist because I’ve witnessed firsthand the powerful transformation that therapy can create. My mission is to help you break free from the patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck so you can live with confidence, connection, and emotional freedom.
I use a three-part approach: first, I focus on building a genuine, supportive connection; second, I equip you with practical strategies for daily relief; and finally, I use therapeutic interventions to help you process deep emotional wounds so the pain loses its grip and true healing can take place.
Ensuring a good fit between therapist and client is crucial for successful therapy. We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good match. Taking this FIRST step to seek support is important, and we are honored to guide you on your path towards healing and personal growth.
