Talin Yesaie, LMFT #45648

Hello, my name is Talin Yesaie, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, children, and families through life’s challenges. I’m part of Clear Mind Counseling’s San Diego therapy team, where I work with clients of all ages to strengthen relationships, navigate transitions, and foster meaningful personal growth.

I specialize in supporting adults and couples as they work through relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and their families, helping them improve communication, strengthen connection, and create more harmonious home environments.

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can express themselves openly and begin building healthier, more fulfilling relationships—with themselves and with others.

I frequently work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles, including those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Many of my clients are high-functioning, caring people who manage busy lives while quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion.

My approach helps clients slow down, gain clarity, and begin making small, meaningful changes that lead to lasting transformation. Whether you’re seeking deeper self-understanding or hoping to rebuild trust and connection in your relationship, my goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where real growth can take place.

MY PHILOSOPHY ON THE THERAPEUTIC EXPERIENCE AND CHANGE

I believe that all people seek two essential things: belonging and significance — the sense that you matter and make a difference to those around you. When anxiety, depression, or relational disconnection interfere with those core needs, therapy can help you rediscover balance and fulfillment.

I view therapy as both a journey of self-discovery and an opportunity for growth and healing. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and cultivate insight that helps you move toward peace, confidence, and connection.

As an immigrant to the United States at a young age, I learned early on what it means to balance multiple cultures, expectations, and identities. This experience informs my deep appreciation for diversity and my commitment to creating an inclusive, culturally sensitive environment where all clients feel understood and valued.

I’m passionate about normalizing mental health care — because our emotional well-being is just as important as our physical health. You don’t have to face challenges alone. Whether you’re seeking healing for yourself or growth in your relationship, I’ll be there beside you every step of the way — supporting you as you find clarity, strength, and hope.

Most of us have two lives. The life we live and the unlived life within us. Between the two stands resistance
