Welcome, and thank you for being here. My name is Jordan, and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m part of Clear Mind Counseling’s San Diego therapy team, where I work with teens, college students, and adults who are seeking meaningful support through life’s challenges and transitions.
Taking the first step toward therapy can often feel like the hardest part of the journey, and I’m glad you’ve made it here. I view mental health as deeply interconnected with our physical health, environment, and past experiences. Rather than seeing mental health as a single destination, I believe it’s an ongoing journey that involves navigating both growth and challenge.
Life’s natural ebbs and flows can sometimes feel discouraging, which is why I focus on helping clients develop effective coping strategies and tools that support long-term well-being. Just as important is creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore stressors, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is warm, authentic, and person-centered. I strive to create a collaborative environment where you feel truly heard and understood. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. At times, I may also incorporate creative approaches such as art to help express complex emotions.
My clinical focus includes supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, emotional challenges, life transitions, school or career stress, self-esteem concerns, women’s issues, and personal growth. I primarily work with teens, college students, and young to middle-aged adults seeking individual therapy.
My goal is to empower you with coping skills and therapeutic tools in a safe, empathetic, and authentic space. In our work together, you can expect active listening, openness, a sense of humor, and deep respect for your unique experiences. I hope to support you in developing greater clarity, resilience, and confidence as you move forward.
Therapy and wellness can look different for everyone. Some people find healing through relationships and community, while others need quiet space for reflection and self-care. I work collaboratively with clients to create a plan that supports sustainable, meaningful change aligned with your individual needs and lifestyle. I look forward to meeting you and working together toward the change you’re seeking.

MY PHILOSOPHY ON THE THERAPEUTIC EXPERIENCE AND CHANGE
My approach to therapy begins with creating a genuine and real connection with my clients. What you’ll find if you decide to partner with me is that I’m warm, authentic, and person-centered. I aim to create a collaborative, supportive environment in which you feel truly heard, comfortable, and understood. The therapeutic space that I hold for my clients will always include empathy, unconditional positive regard, validation, and compassion throughout our time together.
I believe that our thoughts, health, environment, and our past experiences are so nuanced and ultimately effect our feelings and emotions which then effects our behaviors. Together we will fully explore your challenges, gain new insights, and set achievable goals that we’ll work towards at the pace in which you are comfortable. We will also develop new coping skills to fit your unique needs, unpack stored emotions, and move forward with the true healing and clarity that you so rightly deserve.
Ensuring a good fit between therapist and client is crucial for successful therapy. We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good match. Taking this FIRST step to seek support is important, and we are honored to guide you on your path towards healing and personal growth.
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in alignment.”
