Welcome, and thank you for being here. My name is Jordan, and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
Taking the first step in seeking support can often be the hardest part of the journey, which is why I’m so glad that you’ve made it here. I view mental health as deeply interconnected with our physical health, environment, and past experiences. Rather than seeing mental health as a single destination, I believe it’s an ongoing journey—one that involves navigating both challenges and growth.
Life’s natural ebbs and flows can sometimes feel like setbacks, which is why I focus on helping clients develop effective coping strategies and tools that support long-term well-being. Equally important is creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore life’s stressors and work towards meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is warm, authentic, and person-centered. I aim to create a collaborative, supportive environment in which you feel truly heard and understood. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. At times, I may also incorporate art into our sessions, as it can serve as a powerful means of expressing complex emotions.
My clinical focus includes supporting individuals through emotional challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, school or career stress, self-esteem issues, women’s concerns, and personal growth. I primarily work with teens, college students, and young to middle-aged adults who are seeking individual therapy for these or related issues.
My purpose is to empower you to achieve lasting change by equipping you with coping skills and therapeutic techniques in a safe, authentic, and empathetic space. In my sessions, I strive to create an environment where you can explore your challenges, gain insight, set achievable goals, and move forward with a greater sense of clarity and resilience. You can expect active listening, empathy, openness, a sense of humor, and a deep respect for your unique experiences and background in our work together.
It is my goal for you to leave therapy with a newfound understanding of your past experiences, to find acceptance and a greater sense of direction for your present, as well as a sense of hope for the outcome of your future. Therapy, mental health, and overall wellness can look different for everyone. Some people find community and relationships as a means to fill up their cups, while others may find that more tranquil environments provide the necessary space for self-care. I work in collaboration with clients to help develop a plan that can promote sustainable and lasting change that will fit your specific lifestyle and needs.
Let’s work together to explore the steps you’d like to take toward the change you desire. I look forward to meeting you!

MY PHILOSOPHY ON THE THERAPEUTIC EXPERIENCE AND CHANGE
My approach to therapy begins with creating a genuine and real connection with my clients. What you’ll find if you decide to partner with me is that I’m warm, authentic, and person-centered. I aim to create a collaborative, supportive environment in which you feel truly heard, comfortable, and understood. The therapeutic space that I hold for my clients will always include empathy, unconditional positive regard, validation, and compassion throughout our time together.
I believe that our thoughts, health, environment, and our past experiences are so nuanced and ultimately effect our feelings and emotions which then effects our behaviors. Together we will fully explore your challenges, gain new insights, and set achievable goals that we’ll work towards at the pace in which you are comfortable. We will also develop new coping skills to fit your unique needs, unpack stored emotions, and move forward with the true healing and clarity that you so rightly deserve.
Ensuring a good fit between therapist and client is crucial for successful therapy. We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good match. Taking this FIRST step to seek support is important, and we are honored to guide you on your path towards healing and personal growth.
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in alignment.”
